With over 15 years of progressive and transformational leadership experience in Human Resources and Corporate Administration, I have led complex people strategies and large-scale business operations across diverse industries, supporting 5,000+ employees across 300+ locations nationwide, including multi-location manufacturing operations.
Throughout this journey, I observed a recurring challenge across almost every organization: as enterprises scale, structural misalignments can create hidden operational friction.
