1. Acceptance and operator
These Terms govern use of the KHENIQ website operated under the name Kheniq Human Capital & Business Solutions. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Separate signed proposals, Statements of Work, placement terms or service agreements govern professional engagements and prevail for the relevant engagement.
2. Website purpose
The website provides general information about KHENIQ’s human-capital and business-solutions capabilities and routes enquiries. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, a vacancy guarantee, an employment contract, regulated professional advice or a representation that any candidate, role, partner or business outcome is suitable or available.
3. Permitted use
The website may be used for legitimate personal or business enquiries. Users must not:
- Interfere with website security, integrity or availability.
- Attempt unauthorised access.
- Introduce malicious code or harmful material.
- Scrape, harvest or extract information at scale without written permission.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent authority.
- Submit unlawful, defamatory, misleading or infringing content.
- Use the website to send unsolicited or abusive communications.
KHENIQ may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users or its rights.
4. Enquiries, candidates and partners
A form submission is a request for contact only. It does not create a client, employment, partnership, agency, exclusivity, appointment or advisory relationship and does not impose a duty on KHENIQ to proceed.
Candidate submission does not guarantee consideration, an interview or placement. An employer enquiry does not guarantee candidate availability or suitability. Any professional engagement requires further assessment and, where applicable, a separate written agreement.
5. User submissions
Users confirm that information submitted through the website is accurate to the best of their knowledge, lawful, relevant and provided with proper authority. Users retain ownership of their content but permit KHENIQ to use it for the purpose for which it was submitted, subject to the Privacy Policy.
Users must not submit restricted information or unnecessary sensitive personal information through a public form.
6. Intellectual property
The KHENIQ name, logo, website layout, design, text, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to KHENIQ and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No ownership transfers to a website user. Except where legally permitted, users may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, frame, create derivative works from or commercially exploit website materials without prior written permission.

Third-party links are provided for convenience. KHENIQ does not control third-party content, availability, security or privacy practices. Users should review the relevant third party’s terms and privacy information before using its services.
8. Availability and accuracy
KHENIQ aims to keep the website reasonably accurate and available but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuously current operation. Website content may be corrected, updated or removed.
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KHENIQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use or reliance on general website content.
This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be excluded, non-excludable confidentiality or data-protection obligations, or any liability or remedy that applicable law does not permit KHENIQ to exclude. Liability relating to paid professional services is governed by the relevant signed agreement.
10. Responsibility for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, a user is responsible for direct loss reasonably resulting from that user’s unlawful use of the website, infringement of third-party rights or submission of information without authority. KHENIQ will take reasonable steps to mitigate recoverable loss.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer, regulatory and statutory forums and good-faith efforts to resolve the matter, courts of competent jurisdiction in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of the website.
12. Changes and contact
